Winnie the Pooh

"Although most of the costumes do not do justice to the characters' larger than life personalities, Eeyore's costume is by far the best representation of the character. Heather Whitpan is also a standout in her portrayal of Eeyore and Kanga. Whitpan's Eeyore voice and facial expressions are so hilarious and contagious; they leave you and your little ones attempting to mimic her for days." Margo Osborne, Winnie the Pooh Review (July 27, 2007) at http://www.our-kids.com/winniethepooat.shtml (last checked August 26, 2007).

"Then Eeyore (my personal fa-vorite) is in a funk because he has lost his tail, and it is his birthday and no one seems to remember. …Heather Whitpan is a delightfully dour Eeyore " David Cannon, The hundred acre woods comes to life at Adventure Theater, Sentinel Arts Critic (last checked August 26, 2007).

"The cast is pert, energetic, very kid-friendly and good at creating separate characters which is important since three of them have to double (or tripple) to get all the stories going. Heather Whitpan is a delight as Eeyore and almost as much fun as Kanga."Brad Hathaway, Winnie-the-Pooh, at www.potomacstages.com (last checked August 26, 2007).

The Glory of Living

"…Heather Whitpan guzzles pretzels with zesty naivete as another unfortunate youngster." 'The Glory of Living': Running on Empty in America, By Celia Wren, Special to The Washington Post Friday, June 2, 2006; C02

"The acting is exceptional. Lisa Lias as Kieler, Heather Whitpan as Gilman, and Veronica del Cerro as Bly present us with three distinctly different faces of madness." Michael B., Fringe and Purge (July 25, 2006) available at http://www.treadwelltheatre.org/2006/10/patron-fringe-purge-review.html (last checked August 26, 2007).

The Front Page

"Heather Whitpan gives some interest to the role of Hildy's girlfriend, Peggy Grant." William Hyder, The Baltimore Sun, (2/16/2007) available at http://chesapeakeshakespeare.blogspot.com/2007/02/baltimore-sun-reviews-front-page.html (last checked August 26, 2007).
